Leaping Lyndsee

Fortune smiled on me today as I was preparing for my Canon Speedlite workshop in Charlotte, NC. Turns out that the studio space we rented for the day included a trampoline!

Better yet, one of our models, Lyndsee, is a former gymnast and cheerleader and was totally game for doing some jumps, flips, and other assorted acrobatics.

By setting the Speedlites to High-Speed Sync for fill light, we were able to use fast shutter speeds to stop the action in bright daylight...
