Waratah

Another take on this amazing flower.  I daresay you'll be seeing more of these as they've just come into season, and who could not love them.

They are a beautiful red, so why I should prefer mono I don't know.
Just call me perverse.

It's a sad day as we had to have Louis put down. He was a funny old thing but a faithful friend and companion.
We will miss him.
