P, to the I, to the double-Z, A

Had some left-over pasta sauce from a few nights ago, and some big round bread things, so it got me thinking.....

Bread, sauce, cheese, shaved chicken, avocado, red pepper, herbs and spices, parmasan, a sprinkling of olive oil, and fresh basil leaves.

Adds up to one of the best lunches I've had in a while.

Next time I just have to bake it right on the oven rack so the crust gets crispy.
