As all great chefs know, it's essential to keep tasting as you prepare. And it's good to see that, as part of training George in the culinary arts, Andy is encouraging him to do so.

Today has mostly been about keeping an eye on the lads as they tore around the house. At one point, they were all playing with a toy called the Amazing Circus - which struck me as a pretty good description of the day.
