sugary goodness

8:30 and we are having a nice evening with Mrs Bathgate chatting about life, music and connecting with people.

It's been a bit calmer at work today. Which was welcome. Still had some comedy moments talking someone though changes to some slide design over the phone, but the job was done and the event in London happened.

Managed to get a run on the way to work. Intentionally. Good pace, warm and sunny. Nice!

Favourite thing today? Coming home to a delicious home-cooked meal with my family and being at home tonight.
