First Snow

It's not much, it's just a dusting. For most people here, the snow is very late in coming. But for us newcomers it's very early! From our last place in the world, Washington state, we didn't expect snow until December or January -- never before Halloween!

We've been running a contest among our friends and family as to when we will see our first inch of snow. Some have picked dates that have come and gone but two people picked dates in this weekend. We shall see if they picked correctly!
