Waiting and hoping

I have been waiting since July to join a sort of therapy group - New Perspectives, for cancer sufferers in remission - and today was the day. I'm not sure what to think of it just yet...... I shall give it my best though and try to get the most out of it. I am hoping that it will help me answer some questions and allay some fears. It certainly is good to have an exchange with other people in the same boat! They gave us all this rather large book at the end of the session which was quite a giggle as we had just been discussing our common problem of a dreadful lack of concentration and inability to read a book any more!

Also my new specs arrived! Two pairs!! One for reading and one for driving - Yippee!!
So - I'm afraid it's a pretty boring blip but it is 'journal'istic! And it does include my Mac in the shot, in Loving Memory of Steve Jobs - one of life's special people!
