At last...

At the end of August 2010 we found some land suitable for our next project - the building of an energy-efficient house. After numerous hurdles and a huge amount of time spent with architects, I am delighted to say that we started this morning at 9am.

The first bit is fencing in the land. It's a one acre plot in the Parc Naturel de l'Haut Languedoc in the south of France. That makes a lot of fence. And it's on a hefty slope. So I went to meet the landscapers early this morning and I've left them bobbing around in their digger.
