Salad Days.......

It's freezing cold in St Ives and I was hungry and tired.

Lots and lots of pasty shops but I always go for my lunchtime treat to the salad bar at St Ives Health Food Shop - yummy food and great staff - this blip is of the lovely Cat who is always very cheerful!

I met the wife of a fellow blipper in the queue - it's a small world!
