Flaming Moe...

Not the drink made famous by Moe the bartender from the Simpsons which famously had cough mixture in it but one of the entrants to a cocktail competition i was called upon to judge.

The man is attempting to caramelize some pineapple with a blow torch and some 151 proof rum. Unfortunately for him it didn't really work and he didn't really win but full marks for effort.
