Physioterrorist!!

This is Margaret; my neighbour, friend and fantastic physio (and I've been treated by a few over the years so I feel qualified to have an opinion).

Whilst running last week I tweaked a muscle again so it was Margaret to the rescue. I guess I've got to an age where things break down and don't restart quite as quickly as they did when I was younger. Now as I believe age is just a number there's no way I intend to slow down so thank goodness for Margaret.
Today I was manipulated and had acupuncture to relieve the tension in my shoulders and relax the muscles in my calf.
