So, so different to last week. It is spring here, in this wonderfully vibrant city, set against the most stunning backdrop of any city I've visited. This week the camera hardy left my bag, and even this is taken from my hotel window, from which in the day I could see the Andes in the background.

It was a week I can only describe as working hard but playing pretty hard too. My colleagues gathered from across Latin America to greet me. We had some long, long days pouring over systems totally new to them, at times in agonising detail, all in English, their second language. And in return? They treated me to fine food, wine and conversation. A lively bunch of people, never short of a smile and a joke.
