NEW SHOES

I hadn't bought any new shoes this year until a couple of weeks ago when I bought 4 pairs in the same afternoon.

Was looking for one pair but couldn't decide which to get - so got four. None of them cost more than £15 - I tend to buy cheap shoes. ( and expensive handbags - but that's another story )

My blip shows a nice pair of Gola trainers. Got them in T K Maxx ... RRP £35 - cost me £12.99. I was drawn to the gold bits and the flowery satin bits. I have troublesome feet and I find it hard to find anything suitable but these seem comfy.

Took the photo outdoors - just in time as it has started raining now.

******* Neil update. He got the night train and is in Singapore now. He has found it expensive - and clean. He is going to spend tomorrow night at Changi airport ( save paying for a hotel room ) and on Monday he flies to Sydney. He is getting excited about going to Australia.
