Aquathon & Injury

Whilst at work, early hours of this morning, my face had a collision with the side of a car. Ouch, resulting in a cut on the inside of my upper lip, tender cheek and mouth, feels like I have been to the dentist, swollen and sore! To top it of I ended up with a blister on my foot from the foot chase that followed!

So 5hrs sleep later I was up to do the Aquathon. K and I did a relay, she did the swim and I did the 5km run in 30mins. Good way to start the day.

So now it's just chill'n and a bit more sleep before nights and nursing my wounds :(
