Karma Choc

I have never grown dahlias before and am delighted with my success this year, particularly with this one called Karma Choc. I will have to be very careful how I look after it this winter as I do not want to lose it. Any tips would be welcome.

Still very, very misty and wet as you can see from the rain on the petals. Only 8' this morning. Hoping for a better day tomorrow so that I can get on and tidy the garden and greenhouse. Also I received four new hostas in the post today, part of a plan to make my garden easier to maintain, and I would like a bit of warmth to help them settle happily into their new homes.
