the listeners

i recently purchased an incredibly exciting children's book! the words and artwork (block prints) by a member of a michigan band that i just love called breathe owl breathe. and included? music on vinyl to accompany the story. to me, the seemingly perfect children's book!

there are two stories in the book, one of which is about a mole and an ostrich who make friends and start a band. this is one of my favorite pages :)
