Sky high

Tonight we went up the Sky Tower - for the first time ever! We have been living in Auckland for over 4 years and had previously visited Auckland but not ever got around to going up.

The view was amazing and it was a perfect evening for it. It was hard to pick a shot to post as there were some good ones showing Rangitoto Island and overall giving more of an effect of the great scope of the view, however I went with this one.... can't really say why, I just did!

We had dinner at the Orbit Restaurant which was fabulous. The food and service was perfect, and of course the view, well you couldn't get much better than that! The restaurant rotates slowly and a full circle takes an hour.
