Disgraceful behaviour

This is the Lagoons in Musselburgh near Edinburgh.
Its usually quite a pleasant area to walk your dog(s)
But its recently had a makeover.
The large black thing was a caravan... now burnt out.
The orange items are calor gas cylinders.
The other piles are basically waste products left in several heaps.
The photo does not show them all.
In amongst them is broken glass, used nappies & sharp metal items.
I can hardly believe there are adults that would create this mess & leave it to fester.
