Somewhere else

Although I've got a new job, I still haven't fully handed over the old job - you know the kind of story. As part of the old job, I was let out of the office for the day to go to De Montfort University.

This involved changing trains at Sheffield, whence I graduated in the days of the Soviet Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire. I hardly recognised it - I was completely unprepared for the impressive water feature outside the station, which had evidently replaced the No. 60 bus stop (fare to Uni was 4p in those heady days). Fortunately,the Howard pub over the road was still there so I wasn't completely disoreintated.

Had a successful meeting, managed a few pics en route, and throughly enjoyed the day.
