Yes chef!

I'm photographing chefs again today for the London Restaurant Festival.

Today Angela Hartnett, who not only worked with Gordon Ramsay and survived,
but in fact triumphed! Here she is in the kitchen of her Mayfair restaurant Murano, with a dessert, reimagining the traditional Brit Dish, Black Forest Gateaux.
