Finally managed to get out today after enduring a few days of neck/rib/back grief....at least my body is telling me it's not recovered from the car accident 7 months ago, but my brain has other ideas, and the body always wins ! Bastard ! lol

My life seems to be in a flux right now....i should just sit back and enjoy the ride, but that's easier said than done.
