Cooking frenzy was the agenda for the day after I got back from night shift. I had two packs of left-over bread from the party, now transformed into 3 big pans of lovely pudding cakes! I baked this out of memory, no measurements, no recipe. I hope they taste as good as they look!

Now, off to make the custard cream but let me have a lie-down first.
