Christmas Cakes

Last year Clare made Delia's cake in a bag. I offered to help her this year and just provide the ingredients and recipe without the bag.

So I have 2 'raw' cakes sat waiting in my oven and Clare (hopefully) has 2 almost done cakes in her oven.

Next we shall be attempting Christmas puddings, followed by mincemeat for mince pies. Get us!!
