How wonderful it is to have a friend who makes you breakfast when you stay overnight - and gets out her poaching pan!!! I didn't even know that kind of thing existed, but now that I do, believe me, I shall be getting one shortly.

Add to this some scrumptious crumpets and some healthy bacon steaks, well, the day started well and only got better.
