Home comforts

Today has just been a lovely Sunday as I went to West Wilts Vineyard in the morning and then to the Somerset Arms for an early birthday meal for dad. In the afternoon I read quite a bit of Mrs Dalloway and watched Spooks in the evening - I do miss live tv sometimes!
This sunflower is in Semington and it just looks hilariously out of proportion; it has a massive head but a really short stalk! It made me giggle.
