The best laid plans....

I had a shot planned for today. I knew where to go to grab it and I planned to have plenty of time to get there before my appointment. Unfortunately the M25 gods had other ideas and a closure between J10 and J11 meant I spent more than 90 minutes not moving. An inconvenience for me but a sight more of a problem for those involved in the accident.

Thankfully I'd taken some insurance shots of the rose so I had something to use today. In some ways it's entirely appropriate as this rose has been a leitmotif running through my blips. This one was taken using a tip I heard mentioned on something last night - I took the lens off and held it against the body the other way round.

So there ya go. Monday and 500 knocked out.
