Its become clear

that I havent been honest with myself.

At the start of the year, it was my aim not to be Fat and Fifty, well it isnt happening.

So we refused a breakfast sandwich today, and I ate the Weetabix, Strawberries and Banana that I had prepared earlier, so that is the start of the willpower.......I will win this battle.
