Tonight my husband and I made our regular trip to the monthly meeting of Bristol & Avon Family History Society, planning to have a meal with our daughter, who lives in Bristol, on the way. Things didn't go entirely to plan because she was delayed at work and couldn't join us at the restaurant so we ended up eating without her and she had to make do with a takeaway.

There have been difficulties with Blackberry virtually all day and, while I now have email, I still have no internet access from my phone. I feel like someone has chopped off my right arm!
