Sushi night

My older son, Dagur, was in charge of dinner tonight and he was happy to oblige to his fathers request for sushi. He worked in a restaurant in Reykjavik for a few months making sushi and desserts and he does an excellent job of it, if I say so myself :o)

Delicious, scrumptious, luscious... and yummy!
