A Celebrity Chef in our House !!!

Months ago I entered a competition with Cobra Beer to win a celebrity chef to come to your house & cook an Indian meal

When a month later I was told I had won a competition I of course assumed that it was the usual scam, but remembering the Cobra competition I followed it up, and b****r me- it was all true

So after much organising, we had the wonderful celebrity chef Pat Chapman from the Curry Club (& many other things), his wife Dominique, and Sophie come down from up country to our house, decorate it suitably Indian like, and cook us the most incredible Indian Meal I have ever had, even the popadams were so light & crispy they bore no resemblance to what we get in our local Indian, and everything else was even better

And this is when they had served up the main course, with (left to Right) Dominique, Sophie & Pat) behind us. My brother Squiffy by the Sea and Mrs Squiffy were also there

So thank you Cobra, & especially Pat, Dominique & Sophie for coming all this way, & telling us all thesecrets about how he does it.

I have to add that in organising it & tonight, Pat was just wonderful to talk to & to work with, I can't thank him enough
