Cycling Hero

Carried the camera with me all day. Took dad to visit mum in Gullane then a short drive and some refreshments at MH. He wasn't keen to go but said afterwards that he felt better and was glad to have got out. Result!

Spent the rest of the day not taking a blip until it was almost too late, so this is really just here to save me the disappointment / embarrasment of a missed blip. Looking forward to reading the book though.
