Broccoli just gets better

This was my first raw salad recipe, and possibly my favourite.

I garnished it with pomegranite today, having got some at a reduced price. The extra juiciness of these jewel like seeds made for a great combo. Which just proves the maxim that seasonal produce are naturally good partners.
