Baked in a Cake

Earlier this year I mentioned (and possibly exaggerated...) that my cupcakes were good enough to get my out of state friends to come visit me. My new, neighborhood friend asked if he could have some cupcakes sometime, and I realized I needed to make them special to live up to the hype! Enter Bake It in a Cake, I found the blog which has a bunch of recipes for different cupcakes with delicious things in them! I decided to embrace fall and make some cupcakes with pumpkin pies in them with my friend Katie, while we were "supervised" by my roommate, Claire....who has probably eaten more of the cupcakes than anyone else!
