Keeping up with the Joneses

I have long admired my neighbour's solar-powered lights that twinkle at night, and when I cleared out the shed a few weeks ago, I found we had a set, though I have no idea where they came from.  I hung them up on the shed this morning.  Well, draped would be more the word I think.  Its 6.15 and as I was typing this, Betsy called out that they had just come on!  Disproportionately thrilled.
