Making friends

Claire and I went for a walk this evening and stopped to look at two lovely horses that were standing at a gate.

I'm not known for my canniness around horses, they are so big, so scary and to be honest I was all for walking past them.

Claire wanted to stop and get a bit closer, so we did.

We noticed that they were eating leaves off a bramble bush over the fence so I carefully picked a few leaves and reluctantly held out my hand.

I survived! My hand wasn't chewed off!

So Claire had a go and she 's still intact too.

I think we're making some new friends.
