Gathering nuts

A lovely day for a walk in the park. Autumn is truly here, with a golden carpet of fallen leaves and squirrels scampering around gathering nuts.

They were so tame and inquisitive - this one took a real interest my camera. So much so that I had to sift through a host of blurry extreme close ups to find this one - where at least the whole animal is in the frame.
