Apologies for yet another Kessock Bridge shot. Just couldn't resist the morning light combined with a rainbow. There's also a fainter rainbow heading almost vertically from the same spot - something I hadn't seen before.

The plan today was to only shoot in black & white mode. I did well to resist the beautiful pink clouds reflected in a large puddle, but gave in to the colour temptations of the above scene.

Swim tonight. First for almost three weeks. It was hard work, but I managed the usual routine, and even a length of butterfly. A few sore bits along the way, and twinges of cramp. Tomorrow will be a struggle to cycle to/from work, but getting out of bed and just starting to move about, may be worse!
