Jumbo Zhajiang Noodle

Chinese restaurant for supper tonight. I ordered the Jumbo Zhajiang Noodle, which was very good. Even though it's a Chinese restaurant, according to the owner, this dish is actually Korean. It looks like it would be quite spicy, but was actually quite mild and flavorful. It had jumbo noodles with shredded carrots, shredded bok choy, and other veggies and chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. I like trying new dishes and this one hit the spot.
