Thank goodness for the diary!
I really would be lost without this diary.
I had an academic diary when I was doing my social work masters and when I left I kicked back and refused to get a new diary to reflect my new freedom.
Then the singing thing started taking off and I was constantly getting a bit confused as to where I should be and when. I ended up buying this from WHSmith in late February.
I am bit fussy about my diary. It has to be laid out like that inside and has to be slightly funkier than your average diary. This one is hot pink!
I remember moaning about the price when I bought it as we were nearly two months into this year but the lady said there were to be no discounts.
As I came to the end of my pregnancy I stopped using it as I really stopped doing much at all. Then I sort of got out of the habit. However with two children at school, harvest festivals, parents evenings, phonics workshops, dentist tonight, halloween parties, first immunisations for Baby Sam, singing at a wedding on Saturday, night out with friends tomorrow and on Saturday etc etc it's come into it's own again.
I could have taken a picture of what I am doing this week as the page is full of notes, times, names etc and looks all very artistic and interesting.
However when I was flicking through it is clear that my four year old has come across the diary and a pen and got all creative.
My
question is why do we always draw houses in the same way when we are young I.e with the door in the middle?
Well it this is probably my most boring and inane blip ever but will hold Ds1 artwork in cyberspace for eternity.
