Koksijde Mill

Having spent two months cursing the rights of cyclists in Belgium, we decided to join the them today. Its not that I don't believe cyclist have rights, I just wish they would maximise their chances of survival by not pulling out in front of cars willy nilly.

Anyhow rant aside, hired two bikes then K & I cycled along the Prom to De Panne, into Veurne for Lunch (quite a long lunch really... well it is Sunday), then meandered our way back to Koksijde before visiting the local mill. The miller said that 25 kph is the minimum you can mill with, today was about 16 - 18 and it was really going round. Certainly worth a visit, no comments from K about the flour...I think she is properly on holiday!!!
