BlackBerry Blackout - still not working. Day 3 of issues with emails, texts, messenger and updates. I rather like the tweet I read on Sky News this evening from Alastair Campbell " ... Some free advice. Explain while you fix. Apologise when you have. Recompense after. Handling so far woeful."

Orange Cut Out - out internet connection is very disappointing at the moment. It keeps failing. Fed up phoning the helpline and being fobbed off.

And they say things come in threes .... Amazon order hasn't arrived. After a two week wait, they agree to resend first class at no cost to us. That was last Saturday and we are still waiting.

How our lives have changed. However all this has created some space and time to reflect on "being inconvenienced" - a topic which was interestingly explored at church last Sunday.

Perhaps I should consider Apple, because My BlackBerry is not working.
