An evening in a cemetery!

Something I have never done before, spent the evening, after dark, in a cemetery.

This is Arnos Vale cemetery in Bristol which was on the Restoration series on TV and was awarded funding to save it. They are using it for as many different functions as possible to keep it high profile so that it continues to attract funding.

One of these events was the Roughhouse Theatre production of two of Shakespeare's plays over the past two weeks and tonight we went to see 'Measure for Measure' in which my daughter played Mariana. It was excellent and part of it was performed in the cemetery and part in the chapel which you can see in the middle of the picture.

When we came out there was a full moon so I took several photos as the sky had a rosy hue from the city lights.
