Remembering Our Fallen Heroes!

This morning, we spent the morning at the Veteran's Memorial in Albuquerque. It was a very nice service. It was also a beautiful day. Senator McCain spoke at the service and it was really good. There were 15 fallen warriors from New Mexico that were honored today. Their families were presented with a brick that is a duplicate of what will be at the memorial, a purple heart plague and a quilt that a group of ladies from Jemez New Mexico made for each family. We go every year. We want the kids to understand the importance of supporting and honoring our servicemen and women. Hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day.
