Strange

I haven't seen anything this strange on a piece of street furniture since I spotted "You can learn from everyone and everything." on a lamp post last year. This one's on the bus-tracker pole at the Elm Row bus stop. It would have been a much clearer image if I could have taken it with a double decker bus behind it instead of the bright sky, but that would have involved pointing the camera in the direction of lots of passengers on the upper decks who were only about 6 foot away from me and might have cut up rusty. So I brightened it up as well as I could.

A zebra? Supporting a large hanging....flower?...via a strange wooden contrivance?
