What Did You Say?

Well, I finally took the screen out of my office window so now I am only contending with glass - hooray! Almost as soon as I finished getting the screen out, this little bird showed up and seemed quite interested in what I was doing in my office. I believe this is a female house finch, but not certain. She hung out for awhile, posing for me, before flitting off.

I debated posting a picture I got of one of the jays with a peanut crammed in his mouth but I decided on this one instead. However, if you want a chuckle, have a look at the jay. Cute birds.

Thanks for all the lovely comments on yesterday's little chickadee! I am definitely in a bird cycle at the moment, so hope you don't mind more feathers...
