Give Peas a Chance...

How long do you think it takes the average toddler saliva to break down a small fork of about 7 peas?

I think Ewan probably got close to the melting point as he managed to endure the peas in the mouth trick for a whole 47 minutes tonight. I'll give him his due, he got them in the end but I wish he would, as he can, eat them straight off the gun.

We've tactically learned that if we're gonna have peas, the one fork of peas that he HAS to eat is always last so that the mushy cud he collects in his mouth as a result doesn't accumulate with the rest of his dinner, drinks and occasionally dippy(tommy sauce) softener. That can get real messy.
