Would 'stew' eat this?

Popped to see our Pals MrsUnremarkable & Jibbajabba for a cuppa and to have a chat with BigG, 2 bottles of wine later and home to my oven to find this, voila!
I have to say it looks worse than it tasted, recipe if you're interested: 1 layer of sliced potatoes, few chopped carrots, little bit of chopped onion, half a tin of corned beef sprinkled over, repeat & then pour over some gravy add pepper & place in oven & forget about it, well don't forget about it as long as I did!
