Dreich...

Not much to it with this one. Opened in Photoshop. Converted to black and white using Silver Efex pro. Used a layer mask on the black and white layer and a black brush to mask out the bits you want as colour. Then duplicated that layer and used an omni lighting filter to throw the light onto the war memorial. Bit of dodging and burning for final detail.

Sharpened, flattened and saved.
