Pudding

Came home from work tonight and Chris was ferreting in one of the cupboards.
`What you looking for`
`Tin of rice pudding for after dinner`
`There isn`t one but I`ll make one if you want`.
Well that was the plan but I had no pudding rice, only brown or risotto rice. Undeterred I proceeded to follow the instructions for risotto but using warm milk, sugar and nutmeg instead of stock and spices. Turned out rather lovely even if I say so myself....
