It was dark and lonely this morning, noone about at all until Juno and I had finished our walk.

Work was motivation of marvel.

Popped out for a cup of tea with an old running buddie, he is off to do the Everest marathon, now that is an adventure.

We had a coaches get together tonight to discuss the new season(summer football for girls ends October) and have a session of shooting drills, what a great session.
